We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure adherence to budgets.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects from a financial perspective.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate financial advice and support.
Prepare tender documents and assist in the tendering process by evaluating bids and making recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects.
Provide regular reports on project costs and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
Assist in resolving any disputes related to costs or contracts during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management within the construction industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools for estimating and reporting purposes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
